home services company Porch, home price (77%) and home size (60%) topped the list of features homebuyers look for in a new home. But those aren’t the only features potential buyers are looking for! There are a number of features homebuyers look for in a home that you can control as a seller, including home features (50%) and curb appeal (14%).
